MindDrive uses an email address or a linked Google, Apple or Facebook account. You do not need a separate username. If you used email and a password, open Sign In in the MindDrive app, enter your email address and choose Forgot Password. If you used a provider button, choose that provider and the same account again. Still unsure? Read the sign-in recovery guide or contact support without signing in.

Check that you signed in to the same MindDrive account, then clear any folder, tag, date or favorites filters in Review. Unsubmitted drafts are kept in Write and do not appear in search, insights or chat. If something still looks wrong, contact support before deleting the app or your account.

Use the current six-digit code for your MindDrive account in your authenticator app. If the code is about to change, wait for the next one. If you no longer have access to the authenticator, choose Account Recovery at the code prompt and use an unused recovery code you saved earlier. A recovery code works once and does not disconnect your authenticator.

Yes, when that sign-in method is linked to your MindDrive account. In the app, open Settings, Account, then Authentication Options to review or add methods. Linking gives you another way into the same account. It does not merge two existing MindDrive accounts, and it is separate from connecting an app to import content.

First check that the entry was submitted rather than saved as a draft. Then check the folder settings and any active filters. AI Chat & Search controls General Memory and Smart Search. Insights & Analysis controls Home Insights, folder analysis and writing prompts. Deep Analysis can use a folder when you explicitly select it, even when AI Chat & Search is off.

Check that you are using the same MindDrive account and the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen if it is available. If access still does not update, contact support before buying again. Include the store, the approximate purchase time and what the app shows, without sending payment-card details or passwords.

No. Deleting the app or your MindDrive account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through the store that bills you. Account deletion is a separate action that removes your MindDrive account and app content under the Privacy Policy.

Use the support form on the MindDrive website. If you can open the app, go to Settings, Get Help, then Message Support. Describe what happened and include the error message and device type. Do not send your password, App Lock PIN, authenticator setup key or recovery codes.
