A little help along the way.

I paid, but MindDrive still asks me to subscribe

Check the account and store, restore purchases and get help before attempting another purchase.

Reviewed

If the store confirms a purchase but MindDrive still asks you to subscribe, check the account and purchase state before buying again. A second purchase attempt is not the first troubleshooting step.

Check both accounts

Confirm that you are signed in to the same MindDrive account that you intended to use for the purchase. In the app, check Settings, then Account. Also check the Apple or Google store account used to make the purchase.

A provider sign-in and a store account are different things. Using Google to sign in to MindDrive does not by itself identify which store billed a subscription.

Restore the purchase

  1. Check that you have a working network connection.
  2. Open the subscription or purchase screen.
  3. Choose Restore if it is available. Screen readers announce this as Restore Purchases.
  4. Let the restore finish and read the result before trying again.

The button may show Restoring while it works. If it reports an error or an unconfirmed state, keep the error message for support and check the store's current subscription status.

Check for a store-side issue

Open the store subscription record to confirm whether the purchase is active, pending, expired or affected by a payment problem. A failed renewal is different from a successful purchase that has not yet appeared in MindDrive. Follow any payment or confirmation steps shown by the store.

Get help before repurchasing

If access still does not update, contact support. Include the store, approximate purchase time, device type and what MindDrive and the store currently show. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

For a renewal or cancellation question, use subscription management.
