Your trial and subscription
Understand the current introductory trial, plan choices and where to check the terms before purchasing.
Reviewed
MindDrive's current introductory trial gives you 30 days without providing a credit card. At the end of that trial, choose a paid subscription if you want to continue. The app or purchase screen shows the plan, price, billing period and applicable offer before you confirm.
Check your current access
Open Settings, then Subscription, to see the current subscription information. During the introductory trial, the app shows the remaining trial time. When available, Subscribe Now opens the subscription choices before the trial ends.
When access has expired, use the subscription screen shown by the app. Choose a plan only after checking the displayed price and billing period.
Review the purchase screen
MindDrive offers monthly and annual choices when available from the store. Use the current purchase screen for the local price and applicable offer. Do not rely on a price from another person's device or country.
Review the Apple or Google confirmation before completing a purchase. Wait for the purchase result and the app's access state to update. If the store shows a purchase but MindDrive still asks you to subscribe, use restore help before buying again.
Renewal and cancellation
A paid store subscription renews under the terms shown by Apple or Google unless you cancel it through that store. If you want to stop future charges, cancel with the store that bills you. Deleting MindDrive or deleting your account does not do this for you.
The app's no-card introductory trial and any offer shown by an app store can have different terms. Read the terms attached to the offer you are accepting.
After the introductory trial
For an expired trial, check the current in-app notices, lifecycle emails and Terms for the post-trial account window. Do not rely on an expired account as permanent storage. Contact support if you need help understanding your account's status.
Read the current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the full account, billing and retention explanation. If you want a copy of your writing, review export options while you have access.
