A little help along the way.

Use MindDrive on your devices

Sign in to the same account, review your devices and replace a device when you reach the account limit.

Reviewed

One MindDrive account can have up to five signed-in devices. If you sign in on another device after reaching that limit, choose one of the existing devices to sign out.

Use the same account

On each device, use the same email-and-password account or the same linked provider account. If a device shows an unexpected empty account, check Settings, then Account, before creating or deleting anything.

Submitted entries belong to the account. A draft you are still writing is not a submitted entry. Keep the device holding the draft available until you have confirmed its save or submission.

Review the device list

You can review or remove devices in Settings, Security, then Signed-In Devices. Removing a device does not delete your entries or cancel your subscription. An offline device is signed out when it next connects. Removal cannot take back files already exported or information already displayed on that device.

Check the device details shown before removing one, particularly if you have several similar phones or browsers. If a list operation fails, retry and read the refreshed list instead of assuming that removal completed.

Replace a device at sign-in

When MindDrive asks you to choose an existing device, select the one you intend to sign out and finish the confirmation. Then allow the new sign-in to complete. You do not need to create another account to use a different phone.

When content looks different

Give the current device time to finish loading and check its active filters. A new device may also need time to prepare Exact Search. Do not use uninstalling or deleting the account as a first step for missing entries.

See entries and drafts for unfinished writing and sign-in recovery if you are unsure which account you used.
