Before you delete your account
Export anything you want to keep and understand account deletion separately from store cancellation.
Reviewed
Deleting your MindDrive account permanently removes its MindDrive app content through the account-deletion process. Export anything you want to keep first. Some records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Prepare before deleting
- Use exports for any entries or saved chats you want to keep.
- Open the exported files and check that the content you need is present.
- If you have a paid subscription, review the store that bills you and cancel there if you want to stop future charges.
- Check that you intend to delete this account, particularly if you have used more than one sign-in method or email address.
Do not choose account deletion as a troubleshooting step for a missing entry, draft or purchase. Check the account, filters and save state first.
Find Delete Account
In the app, open Settings, then Subscription, and choose Delete Account. Follow the account-verification steps and read the final confirmation before continuing. Complete only the deletion flow for the account you intend to remove.
If the process reports a problem, follow the displayed recovery or support instructions. Do not interpret a loading screen or failed request as confirmation that deletion is finished.
Understand the separate actions
Deleting an individual entry, removing an AI-memory detail, disconnecting a source, deleting the app and deleting the account have different effects. Choose the smallest action that matches what you want to do.
The Privacy Policy explains retained records and the account-deletion process. If you cannot sign in, use the website support form to ask about the available next steps without sharing a password, PIN or recovery code.
