Change or cancel a subscription
Use the store that bills you to manage renewal, change a plan or request help with charges.

A paid store subscription renews under the terms shown by Apple or Google unless you cancel it through that store. If you want to stop future charges, cancel with the store that bills you. Deleting MindDrive or deleting your account does not do this for you.
Find the billing store
Check the purchase receipt or your subscription list in the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. Use that store's subscription controls even if you also use MindDrive on another kind of device.
In the app, Settings, Subscription shows current subscription information. Change Subscription opens the available plan choices for a paid account. Android can also show Manage Subscription. Follow the store screen and its confirmation for the change you want.
Cancel renewal
Use the official instructions for your billing store.
Read the store's confirmation and displayed access or renewal date. Cancelling future renewal and the end of your current access are different events. Keep the confirmation if you need help checking a later charge.
Deletion is separate
Deleting the app, signing out or removing a signed-in device does not cancel store billing. Account deletion is also a separate action. Read before deleting your account if you want to remove your MindDrive content as well.
Refunds or unexpected charges
Use the billing provider's refund and purchase-help process. The store's rules and applicable rights determine the available options. This guide does not promise a refund or replace those terms.
If a store change has completed but MindDrive's access state looks wrong, read restore help. Contact support with the store, approximate purchase or cancellation time and the status shown in the app, without sending payment-card details.
